BY PHONE: Call their reservations team directly at (360) 378-9820 and Reference Room Block Code: DEARTH24 ONLINE: Go to their website, www.rocheharbor.com, click on the upper right-hand green “Book Now” box, then click on “Group Login” and enter the online room block code: DEARTH24 then click “Login.” This will pull up the 2 days the room block is held for, the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding. Then click “Check Availability” and all available room block slots will show listed. OCCASIONALLY, when the room block is ‘full’, the website will direct you to call the reservations department. Or, if you are wanting a different accommodation type than listed, you will need to call. If you want to add on additional nights (not guaranteed) you will need to call or make a note in the “Other Information” field, under ‘Comments’ on the online reservation of your request, or call the reservations team.

Wedding night: Think floral dresses or sports coats with optional ties. Either way, wear shoes you can dance in! The wedding party will be wearing black and white. Rehearsal dinner: Casual floral dresses and khaki pants/shorts with collared shirts.

Roche Harbor is very pet-friendly! Be sure to check availability for a pet-friendly room. Although we love animals very much, please no pets at the wedding.
