To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab on our website and type in your name! All invited guests in your party will appear to mark as "Accept" or "Decline". Please RSVP on or before September 12th! All RSVPs received after the date deadline will be marked as "Decline"; We will be sending a final headcount to our venue following this deadline!

Yes! We have a block of rooms reserved at the Springhill Suites by Marriott located on Westmore Lane in Westfield! Just a 5-minute drive from Chatham Hills! For information regarding booking, please visit our "Travel Accommodations” tab and the website link will take you directly to our booking page! Reservations in this block must be made by 9/20/24!

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Chatham Hills! The ceremony will be held outdoors on the lower-level patio and grass hill overlooking the golf course! If the forecast predicts rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors where the reception will be! The cocktail hour and reception will both be held indoors in the upper-level ballroom, with access to the outdoor terrace!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm EST. Please plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find a seat!

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding! Ladies may wear short/mid/maxi length dresses or dressy separates (please refrain from wearing white). Gentlemen may wear a suit or dress shirt and slacks with optional tie! Please no shorts or denim!

Due to limited space at the venue, we are only able to accommodate guests named on your invitation. If you received a plus one, a "guest" will appear on your mailed invitation and will also appear on your online RSVP when you search your name! We appreciate your understanding and please feel free to reach out if you have questions!

While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of kids whom we have personally invited! Your online RSVP will also include all names whom we have invited in your party!

We are requesting an unplugged ceremony for our wedding! Once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced! We have an amazing photographer and videographer that will be capturing these special moments that we'll be happy to share with you! However, once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like :)

There will be ample parking available onsite at Chatham Hills, and it is complimentary!

Yes, there will be an open bar! This will be open during the cocktail hour, as well as after dinner from 7 - 10pm! After 10pm, the bar will remain open as a Cash Bar until 11pm! We ask that everyone be safe and to PLEASE plan accordingly! We do not condone driving under the influence, so please plan to Uber or Lyft if you cannot drive!

We will have a seated meal during the reception! Guests will select their option of protein when completing their RSVP online. Hors d'oeuvres will also be served during cocktail hour!
