Guests will only be able to book with the front desk by calling the 609-551-0000 and pressing 0 for the front desk. Central reservations cannot book wedding blocks.
If you need to stay the night before the wedding (July 10, 2025) the rate is $109 and the night of the wedding (July 11, 2025) the rate is $159. Please make sure you tell them the block code "RFWS" for the discounted rate.
Transportation to the venue on the day of the wedding will be provided - see below.

The Room Blocks are full, what do I do?!
Unfortunately, we're only able to reserve so many rooms as part of the block. However, you're welcome to book at the hotels outside of the block, or stay at any of the hotels down the road from The Fairfield Inn & Suites. You're welcome to stay at these hotels and still catch a ride with the shuttle at the Fairfield Inn
Shuttle Service
Transportation will be provided to and from the hotels on the day of the wedding. Transportation will be at 3:15pm and take you to Renault Winery property. Please make yourselves comfortable and grab a drink or snack at Taste 1864 at Renault prior to the ceremony. Transportation back to the hotel will begin at 9pm and continue until 11pm if you want to stay after the ceremony for a drink or bite to eat back at Taste 1864.
Any transportation after 11pm will have to be booked personally via Uber or Lyft
