In order to keep everything with the planning as efficient as possible, we are opting for an online RSVP. When invitations go out, there will be an "RSVP" tab here on this website. You will then be able to enter your name and your RSVP will come up. We kindly ask that you complete this as soon as possible so we can communicate it with the Olde Mill Inn. The deadline will be December 1st, 2024. If you do not RSVP by that date, you will be marked as "sends regrets, cannot attend". We have to submit our final guest count to the Olde Mill Inn and cannot accept late RSVPs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made to *{Your name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Of course! We want to party all night and share breakfast in the morning! Our wedding venue is also a hotel. Therefore, the Olde Mill Inn is where everyone is encouraged to book a room. There is a wedding rate for the evening. When you call Olde Mill Inn, just say you're booking for the Hackett/Gerardi wedding and you will get the rate and be placed in our block! You cannot book in our block if you book online. You must call the front desk. We have blocked off 15 rooms for the night before the wedding and 50 rooms for the night of. The deadline to reserve in the block will be November 25th, 2024. We cannot promise that if you book after this date that rooms will be available. A continental breakfast will be served for all guests of the hotel every morning from 7:00am-10:00am.

Check in will be at 3:00pm on the day you have reserved. Check out will be at 11:00am.

Being that the wedding is on New Year's Eve, we can only accommodate adults. While we do love your little ones, the decision to have an "adults only affair" is for the safety and well-being of all our invited guests. We can only accommodate the children who are in our wedding party.

Our wedding will be formal. We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting men to wear a suit and tie. Women can opt for a dress, knee length or longer.

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories, and creams.

You can find our registry under the "Registry" tab here on our website. Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table/card box for your convenience.

We have booked a wonderful photographer and we will be having them capture our special day. We kindly ask all of our guests to be present during our ceremony to celebrate our love. All guests are encouraged to keep their phones away during the ceremony. However, during the cocktail hour and reception feel free to take as many pictures as you want!

Duh! We can't have a wedding on New Year's Eve without an open bar! Please be sure to bring cash to tip our fabulous bartenders.

Since we are a New Year's Eve wedding, we are going to dance the night away! Our reception will end at 1:00am. Our after-party will be informal and will be at the Bridal Suite.
