*If you choose to use hotel "points", the wedding block rate will not be accessible. It's one or the other.

*You can adjust/cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance without fees.

*There are only a select number of Wedding Block rooms available, if you choose to wait, you may not have access to a reduced rate

*This hotel is 12 minutes from our venue. We will have a wedding party bus shuttle from the hotel to the venue and back, on a loop throughout the wedding night.

*IMPORTANT*: We'd love to have everyone at the Welcome Party (Friday, 10/18), but we know that is not feasible for everyone. That being said, the hotel already determined that they will NOT offer early check-in due to staffing issues. Check-in is at 4 PM on whatever day you plan to book. Please know that if you decide to check in only on Saturday, check-in will be at 4 PM. Our wedding ceremony starts at 4 PM.

Transportation to and from the venue & hotel will be provided on wedding day.
