We have complimentary shuttles to take you to the venue, if you wish to take it. They will arrive at 3:45 pm, and will promptly depart by 4:00 pm. This is to ensure guests arrive by the ceremony start time, as there is a Cincinnati Red’s game downtown that starts at 4:10 pm.


Check in for the hotel is at 4:00 pm, however, they are more than willing to accommodate early check in if you call on the day of. In addition, if they happen to be full for early check in, we have been assured that you can leave your things with the front desk staff.
