Close to the Katy Trail walking path at Knox Street, Katie loves this coffee spot. Knox Henderson is excellent area to explore shops!
La La Land Kind Cafe
One of Katie's favorite coffee spots! She recommends ordering online for pickup, as sometimes they can be busy.

Walk the Katy Trail
Start near 3127 Routh Street and walk south towards the American Airlines Center or north towards Knox Street!
Play Pickleball at Cole Park
One of our favorite activities is to play pickleball! There are free courts at Cole Park for either Pickleball or Tennis.
The Sandy Pickle - Pickleball, Sand Volleyball & Golf at The Village Dallas
Another excellent spot for pickleball! Sandy Pickle allows you to reserve a court and rent pickleball equipment.
Klyde Warren Park
Klyde Warren Park sits in the heart of downtown, right next to Katie's work office (PwC). Enjoy the food trucks for lunch, take a stroll around the park, stop in the Dallas Museum of Art or Nasher Sculpture Center all nearby. Another one of our favorite Mexican restaurants, Mi Cocina, has a location at Klyde Warren Park.

A great spot on Greenville to relax, have a cold drink, and listen to live music!
The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden
While the reception is at the Arboretum, enjoy walking around all of the gardens and picnic overlooking White Rock Lake.

For an activity, the Perot Museum is excellent and nearby.
