We will be providing buses and taxis between the Mercure Golf Barbaroux Hotel and Cotignac village throthroughout the wedding weekend. Please be sure to be on time for the buses - they will leave without you!
Friday night:
6.30pm - buses depart from the main lobby of the Mercure Golf Barbaroux Hotel
6.30pm - buses depart from the village square in Cotignac
There will be taxis running back to both locations from 10pm to 1am with final buses leaving at 1am.
Saturday night:
5pm - buses depart from the main lobby of the Mercure Golf Barbaroux Hotel
5pm - buses depart from the village square in Cotignac
There will be 1 bus departing for the Mercure at 2am. There will be taxis running from midnight to 4am to both the Mercure Cotignac.
Sunday brunch:
12pm - buses depart from the main lobby of the Mercure Golf Barbaroux Hotel
12pm - buses depart from the village square in Cotignac
Taxis will run from 4pm back to both locations.

What is the dress code?
While black tie is optional for the wedding, we encourage you to embrace the spirit of the weekend and occasion and dress to impress for all events.
Can we drive to the wedding venue?
Yes, there is parking available at the venue for anyone who would like to drive.
Can you book local taxis in the area?
Yes, but they should be booked in advance - there is no Uber!

Will food be provided at each event?
Yes, there will plenty of delicious French food at each wedding event.
What will the weather be like?
We are hoping for glorious south of France summer weather. Temperatures in July typically are highs of 29°C/84°F and lows of 18°C/64°F. Most of the wedding events will be outdoors so dress accordingly!
KIDS
While we love kids, we are unable to accommodate children for the wedding weekend. We really hope this doesn’t prevent people from being able to attend but understand that for some this may make it difficult.
