We’re so excited to celebrate with you in Fort Worth this fall! Since many of our guests are traveling in, we’ve included everything you need to know below to make the weekend easy and enjoyable.

Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the venue.

To the Ceremony:

Shuttles will pick up from Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth Historic Stockyards and bring guests to the venue prior to the ceremony. Specific pickup times will be listed closer to the wedding date.

Return Transportation:

Shuttles will run from the venue back to the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth Historic Stockyards at the end of the evening. We recommend taking advantage of the provided transportation so you can fully enjoy the night.

5:30 PM

Please plan to arrive by 5:15 PM to allow time to get settled before the ceremony begins.

Immediately following the ceremony

Reception

Dinner, dancing, and celebrations to follow

Our ceremony and reception will take place at Fossil Creek Golf Club.

The celebration will include both indoor and outdoor spaces. Late September in Texas can still be warm, so we recommend dressing comfortably for the weather, especially for the ceremony.
