We recommend a semi-formal dress code but encourage your most comfortable dancing shoes!
Are kids welcome?
We love our littlest family and friends but look forward to an adult-only celebration where moms and dads can enjoy the ceremony and reception distraction-free.
Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?
There are several free parking lots & street parking around the building as well as a parking garage across the street. The closest parking lot & garage are both located on the corner of Symphony Way & Douglas Ave.
What time should I arrive?
It is recommended for guests to arrive no later than 5:00pm
Will this be an unplugged ceremony?
Yes, we want all the people closest to us to be present and part of our big day. This means we have taken the photography off your plates and hired a gem of a team. Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like during the reception but please be mindful of the professionals we have hired.
Will transportation be provided from the hotel?
Yes. If you book with the recommended hotel using our provided, unique, booking link we will have a shuttle service provided beginning at 4:30pm and ending at 11:30pm. Anyone wishing to use the shuttle but not book an overnight stay with our recommended hotel will be subject to a $50/person fee.
Is personal alcohol (flasks) allowed?
No, due to liquor laws and our venue contract any alcohol brought on site by guests will be confiscated and result in a fine to our party. We will have a well stocked open bar from cocktail hour through the reception so not to worry.
