Devon and Spencer have been best friends for 11 years! They met when they were serving tables together at Bob Evans. Spencer and Kate met within the first couple months of Devon and Kate dating and they also turned into friends quickly! Even though Spencer lives in San Francisco he is always quick to pick up the phone when we need him, loves to spend time with us any time he is visiting in Pennsylvania. Always gives the best advice on hair, outfits, shoes and style! Very excited he gets to play this special role in our wedding day!

Cora and Kate have been friends since middle school! In the early stages of Kate and Devon’s relationship, they spent many evenings sipping only high class beverages and singing karaoke in their friend's basement. Over the years we have graduated to Friday evenings on the couch, eating the finest cheese on 5 Star charcuterie boards watching reruns of Jersey Shore. Some nights Cora and Devon even ditch Kate for the occasional sporadic rock concert! Cora is not just a friend but family and we couldn’t ask for a better person to represent this role!

When Devon came into Kate’s life Josh was only a sweet little one and a half year old baby! From the second Josh and Kate met they instantly had the sweetest bond! Kate always knew that Josh was her boy! In September of 2020 Kate adopted Josh, they have always been thick as thieves and love to give Devon a hard time for being the only one at home with a different last name! No better person Kate could have chose to stand by her side to fill this spot in the wedding party!

Sara is one of Devon’s many cousins! When Kate and Sara met they became inseparable! Whether they are rooting for the Eagles, taking shot for shot or busting out some Drake lyrics, Sara is not only Devon’s cousin but Kate’s best friend as well! As they would say A1’s since Day 1! You’ll see her on the dance floor or somewhere with a leg up trying to lure in the single men at the reception! We love her to death and love that she will be standing by our side during our wedding ceremony!

Mickie is Devon's youngest sister. Growing up Devon was not overly thrilled about having a third sister. Like any sister, Devon always loved Mickie but there were times she couldn't stand her. Once Mickie blossomed into a preteen that was when Devon and Mickie's relationship really started to thrive, why though? As Mickie became a teenager, it was undeniable to Devon that her and Mickie were exactly the same at that age, except, Mickie was a sweeter, more mature version of Devon. Mickie was also only 6 years old when Kate started to come around, so even Kate has witnessed the glow up between Devon and Mickie. From the little girl that used to annoy them during hangouts, to getting offended now a days when Mickie makes plans with anyone else but them. They say you can't pick your family only your friends and if Mickie was only a friend, Devon and Kate would always treat her like family! It was even more of an honor to be able to ask Mickie to be a bridesmaid in their wedding!

Rylee came into Kate's life around the same time that Devon did. Rylee was such a sweet and respectful 7 year old. Our favorite times with Rylee are going to Ocean City every summer, her being the perfect addition to our girl's trip in New York every December and being the best fill in Steve Harvey anytime we play Family Feud on game nights! She recently just graduated from high school and we are so proud that she will be transitioning to Pittsburgh University this fall! She has grown into a beautiful young woman and we could not be happier to know she will be up with us on our special day before her official send off to college!

Aurora and Edie are Devon's nieces! Kate was actually friends with their mom, Devon's sister Shayne in high school before Devon and Kate met. Kate and Devon love being aunts to these two beautiful and hilarious girls. Devon was in the delivery room when Aurora was born and Edie was too impatient to wait for Devon to come when her mom was in labor with her. Aurora and Edie are like the spitting image of Devon and Shayne when they were little. They are inseparable sisters, whether they are telling funny stories or having dance parties, they know better than anyone how to have a good time. When it came to choosing our flower girls, there was no better duo to pick to get the job done. We can't wait to see how beautiful they look spreading petals down the isle!

Of course we had to save the best for last! Trenton is Kate's cousin! He is extra special to us because he was our little miracle baby! He is our curly headed cutie! Trent is a little dare devil and also one of the funniest kiddos we know! He has so much personality and we already know he is coming to steal the show on our wedding day! It is hard to not smile when Trenton is around and when it came to figuring out who would be our ring bearer, no thought needed because we knew it would be him! We can't wait to see this handsome guy come down the isle on our big day!
