Our Wedding

WELCOME PARTY, THURSDAY, MAY 9TH We will be providing transportation to and from Sunset Grill (welcome party) the night before the wedding. Parking is prohibited at Sunset Grill and we will be charged a 500$ fee per vehicle if you park there (we will bill you ;) ). We are told there will be someone monitoring this in the parking lot. Please utilize our shuttle, there are no exceptions to this. Pickup and drop-off will be at the hotel (Field Station) from 6:00PM to 6:15PM. The shuttle will be running later in the evening to return guests to Field Station at any point you choose to depart. This event is totally optional and we just wanted a spot for everyone to celebrate before the wedding! Should you choose to explore to beauty of Moab instead this evening, we absolutely understand :) WEDDING DAY, FRIDAY, MAY 10TH We will be providing transportation for our guests to and from the wedding venue as there is no parking at our venue. The pickup location will be at the hotel that we have reserved a room block (Field Station Moab). The pickup time will be outside of the hotel (Field Station) at 3:30PM. PLEASE do not be late as you will miss the shuttle, or hold up the shuttle making all guests late to our wedding. Please note there are not Ubers/Lyfts in Moab, so we recommend staying at the Field Station. Please note if you try to park at the venue you will be asked to leave.

We have secured a room block for our guests at a discounted rate at the Field Station Moab. Please use the link below to reserve your room. As there are no Ubers/Lyfts in Moab, we recommend you stay there. Alternatively, there are two hotels (Hyatt Place Moab and Moab Gateway Inn) across the street from the Field Station should you wish to stay elsewhere. If you have any issues with booking your room, please reach out to Matt or Katy directly and we would be more than happy to assist.

Q + A

May is considered one of the busiest months in Moab. If you plan on attending, we recommend booking your flights ASAP.

There are a few options in getting to Moab, and each holds different pros and cons.&nbsp; You are able to fly directly into Moab into Canyonlands Regional Airport (CNY). However, as it is a very small airport, it can get pricey. Additionally, rental cars may not be available and there are no Ubers/Lyfts in Moab. Another option is to fly into Grand Junction, Colorado. Grand Junction is located approximately an hour and forty-five minutes from Moab. Although, again, as a smaller airport, expect higher prices.&nbsp; Our recommendation would be to fly into Salt Lake City, Utah. Salt Lake City is located approximately three and a half hours from Moab, but it is an incredibly scenic drive. This is usually the most affordable option.&nbsp; Please feel free to reach out to Matt or Katy for any travel advice, we have been to Moab several times and would love to assist!&nbsp;

We have been going to Arches National Park almost every year since we met, it's a wonderful place and we recommend seeing it. Arches offers a beautiful drive throughout the park, as well as many short and long hikes to do. Please note- a few of the more popular National Parks have moved to a reservation based system. Please visit their website to obtain a reservation. Alternatively, you can visit the park prior to 7AM, or after 4PM without a reservation.

Arches National Park

Another beautiful National Park within driving distance of Moab. The park consists of 527 square miles of colorful landscape that has eroded into countless canyons, mesas, arches, and buttes by the Colorado River. Reservations are not required for Canyonlands National Park.

Canyonlands National Park

The Colorado River runs through Moab, and there are many areas you can hang out on the beaches of the Colorado off of UT-128. This is probably where you'll find us :)

Moab Adventure Center offers a ton of great things to do local to Moab. Take a speed boat down the Colorado River, a sunset dinner cruise down the Colorado River, off-roading, rock climbing, canyoneering, etc.
