WELCOME PARTY, THURSDAY, MAY 9TH

We will be providing transportation to and from Sunset Grill (welcome party) the night before the wedding. Parking is prohibited at Sunset Grill and we will be charged a 500$ fee per vehicle if you park there (we will bill you ;) ). We are told there will be someone monitoring this in the parking lot. Please utilize our shuttle, there are no exceptions to this. Pickup and drop-off will be at the hotel (Field Station) from 6:00PM to 6:15PM. The shuttle will be running later in the evening to return guests to Field Station at any point you choose to depart.

This event is totally optional and we just wanted a spot for everyone to celebrate before the wedding! Should you choose to explore to beauty of Moab instead this evening, we absolutely understand :)

WEDDING DAY, FRIDAY, MAY 10TH

We will be providing transportation for our guests to and from the wedding venue as there is no parking at our venue. The pickup location will be at the hotel that we have reserved a room block (Field Station Moab).

The pickup time will be outside of the hotel (Field Station) at 3:30PM. PLEASE do not be late as you will miss the shuttle, or hold up the shuttle making all guests late to our wedding.

Please note there are not Ubers/Lyfts in Moab, so we recommend staying at the Field Station.

Please note if you try to park at the venue you will be asked to leave.
