We have arranged for a room block at the DoubleTree in Center City. Please use the link to book rooms in the room block. Rooms must be booked by May 4th. As of 3/27/19, there are no longer rooms available for May 25th. There are 2&nbsp;King Bed Rooms and 4&nbsp;Queen&nbsp;Doubles available for May 26th.

What to do and where to eat?

Sean and I have lived in Philadelphia since January of 2015! Therefore, we have lots of recommendations for places you should go and things you should eat!

<a href="https://www.barnesfoundation.org/">Barnes Foundation</a>: in a new space since 2012, but artwork mirror the placement of Dr. Barnes. Katy could talk about the arrangements for hours!

 



<a href="http://www.historicphiladelphia.org/">Historical Philadelphia</a>: you can’t come to Philly without checking out Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. 

 



<a href="http://www.rodinmuseum.org/">Rodin Museum</a>: Smaller museum, but a very nice courtyard to walk through if you are nearby. 

 



<a href="https://www.fi.edu/">Franklin Institute</a> : Fun for kids of all ages. Check out the giant heart that Katy has been visiting since she was a kid!

<a href="https://www.oldcitydistrict.org/">Old City</a>: galleries, restaurants, and shops. Also, take a walk to <a href="https://www.delawareriverwaterfront.com/events/great-plaza-at-penn-s-landing">Penn’s Landing</a> and the Delaware River. Here you can also visit the <a href="http://www.nmajh.org/">American Jewish History Museum</a> or the <a href="https://www.amrevmuseum.org/">Museum of the American Revolution</a>. <a href="https://www.delawareriverwaterfront.com/places/spruce-street-harbor-park">Spruce Street Harbor</a> is a great place to hangout in hammock or watch boats go by.

Cheesesteaks: 

 



I guess it would not be a Philadelphia review without some information on Cheesesteaks. There are plenty of options, try to hit up as many as you can. If you can think of a male name, it is probably the name of a cheesesteak shop in Philadelphia.
