Like all great modern love stories, ours started with a swipe.

Zoe was in North Dakota, Kayla was in Wisconsin, and somehow the algorithm knew what it was doing. Our first messages turned into real conversations, which quickly turned into late-night FaceTimes, shared playlists, and that can't-stop-smiling kind of feeling. Eventually, we decided to meet in person — and that’s where the magic (literally) happened.

That first date was one to remember. As if the butterflies weren't enough, a magician just happened to stop by the table mid-dinner. One card trick later, and it was like the universe gave us a sign, literally. Today we both carry a little piece of that night with matching card tattoos, a sweet symbol of where it all began.

Over the last two years, our bond has grown stronger through laughter, long-distance drives, shared dreams and unconditional support. We are building our life together in Wisconsin surrounded by love, laughter, cheese and very spoiled fur babies.
