What should I wear?
We kindly ask all guests to wear black to help us create a timeless and elegant atmosphere.
We understand it may be warm, but we’d still love for everyone to dress formally. Think lightweight fabrics, chic silhouettes, and breathable styles—formal doesn’t have to mean uncomfortable! Your effort means the world to us, and we truly appreciate you helping make this day feel as special as it is.
Can we bring our kids?
While we kindly prefer an adults-only celebration, we understand that travel may make it necessary to bring your children. If so, we just ask that they remain well-supervised and respectful of the venue, which will be open to the public — and for the courtesy of the brides. Thank you for understanding!
Will there be an open bar?
We’re excited to treat you to an open bar featuring our favorite drinks—Solu crafted sangria, Wisconsin and Colorado beer, select wine, and hard seltzers will be flowing all night long. Come thirsty and ready to celebrate!
Can I bring a guest?
As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re keeping our wedding intimate. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be listed on the envelope. We kindly ask that only those listed attend. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep things personal and meaningful!
Do we have a registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for.
If you do wish to contribute, we’ve created a special fund to help us on our journey to grow our family through IVF. Rather than traditional gifts, any support toward our future baby means the world to us and is deeply appreciated.

What time should I arrive?
We kindly ask all guests to arrive by 3:30 PM so you have time to get settled before the ceremony begins.
We plan to start promptly, and having everyone seated helps us create the smooth, meaningful moment we’ve been dreaming of.
Are phones allowed at the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away during our ceremony.
We’ve hired a professional photographer and videographer to beautifully capture every moment, and we want everyone to be fully present with us as we say “I do.”
Will the wedding be inside or outside?
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors!
The reception will be held under a tent, providing shade and shelter from the weather, and we’ll also have air-conditioned indoor restrooms available nearby to help keep everyone cool and comfortable.
Will the public be at Solu Estate during the wedding?
During cocktail hour, please note that the venue will still be open to the public and there may be others enjoying the space—including a live band playing nearby for all to enjoy!
Dinner will take place in our private tented area, offering a more intimate space just for our guests. The venue will gradually clear out as the evening progresses, and by the start of the reception, it will be just us celebrating.
