While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only (18+) event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

The dress code is Black Tie Optional. Men may wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women may wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress. For those who don't want to clash with the wedding party - the wedding party will be wearing a cranberry/burgundy red color.

Weather permitting, our plan is for both the ceremony and reception to take place outdoors. We recommend checking the temperature on the day of the ceremony and dressing accordingly.

The wedding will begin at 4:00pm, so we ask guests to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45pm.

There is free parking available at the venue. Although, if you are planning on drinking, we ask that you please do not drive. We want everyone to be safe and we are providing transportation to and from the venue and hotels for all guests to use. We would also recommend that people not rely on Uber or other rideshare options as the venue is not in a busy part of town. Additionally, it is New Year's Eve, so the options will be limited.

Yes!!! There will be a bus providing rides to and from the venue and hotels. Pickup Time: 3:00pm. First Pickup Location: Courtyard by Marriott - 6225 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven. 2nd pickup location: Hampton Inn - 22900 US Hwy 27, Lake Wales. Venue Drop Off: 3:45pm. Return Shuttle Runs to both hotels from Bella Cosa: 8pm depart venue, 9pm depart venue, 10pm depart venue for Final Returns.

We have a strict guest list in order to accommodate the venue. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head inside for a cocktail hour where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

We are providing both food and drinks at the reception.

Yes! There will be a chef's choice vegetarian entree. If you would like this option for dinner please let us know so we can let our caterer know.

The RSVP deadline is November 30th! You do not need to mail back your RSVP, you can do it all online here on this website!

The wedding ceremony is at 4pm. The ceremony will be brief and followed by a cocktail hour while the bride, groom and wedding parties take photos. The cocktail hour will then be followed by the reception, which includes dinner and drinks. The reception will end by 10:00pm.

Our wedding reception will end by 10:00pm. Our wedding party and immediate family will be staying the night at the venue. We recognize that it is New Years Eve and people will want to ring it in, but we ask that you do this off the venue property unless you have been invited to stay the night at the venue.

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
