For those seeking alternative options, we’ve included accommodations closer to the venue, although transportation won’t be provided. Please plan accordingly.

While we can’t guarantee early check-in for the room blocks, we encourage you to call the hotel closer to the date to check if your room can receive early check in. Our ceremony kicks off at 4 PM, so if you don’t secure early check-in but still want to use the transportation, simply park at the hotel, hop on the bus, and join us ready to go! You can check in later that evening after the reception. We highly recommend arriving the night before to explore the charming city of Chattanooga.
