When do we need to RSVP by?
In order to get final counts to all our vendors and complete the seating chart we need all RSVP's in by May 11th.
Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.
Are the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in the same venue?
Yes! We will be getting married outside on the deck at the Lakehouse, followed by a cocktail hour and reception in the Lakehouse.
Is there a weather contingency plan?
Fingers crossed we will have a beautiful sunny Saturday, but in the event of inclement weather the ceremony will be moved indoors at the Lakehouse.
Is there parking?
Yes! If you are staying on site there is plenty of free parking near your rental unit.
If you are joining us for the wedding only, there is a free parking lot at the Lakehouse.
If I am staying onsite, will I be able to walk to the venue?
Yes! Everything at Owl's Nest is walkable, however there is a complimentary Owl's Nest shuttle that circulates around the resort.
Is there transportation for those staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites?
Yes!
There will be a trolley available to escort guests to Owl's Nest doing two trips starting at 4 pm.
The trolley will also be available to escort guests from Owl's Nest back to the Marriott. The trolly will be available for early departure at 9pm with two more trips starting at 10 pm.
Is there a google drive we can upload pictures to?
Yes! Please feel free to add the pictures you take throughout the day to our photo album.
We just ask that you please tuck your phones away during the ceremony so our lovely photographer and videographer can capture our once in a lifetime event!
