WHEN AND WHERE IS THE WEDDING?
Our wedding will take place on June 14, 2025 at Saratoga Springs, a beautiful venue nestled in Saratoga, California. The address is 22801 Big Basin Way, Saratoga, CA 95070. HOW DO I GET TO AND FROM THE VENUE?
Transportation will not be provided, but we encourage guests to arrange carpools or ride share services if needed. Saratoga Springs is approximately a 15-20 minute ride from nearby hotels via Uber or Lyft. Additionally, there is ample parking available at the venue should you choose to drive!
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
We appreciate your understanding, but due to limited space, we're unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those specifically invited on the invitation.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE WEDDING?
Our wedding dress code is semi-formal. Given that our venue is entirely outdoors, we recommend dressing comfortably for the weather and setting. The ground at the venue is a combination of asphalt, turf, and stone, so plan your footwear accordingly. Restrooms are located up above the venue and can be accessed by stairs or by golf cart for guests who require extra assistance. A light jacket/scarf/or coat is recommended for once the sun sets, as it may get slightly chilly. Please also note that the dinner seating is bench-seating. We want all our guests to feel comfortable and at ease so they can enjoy this joyous celebration to the fullest!
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME AT THE WEDDING?
While we love and adore children, only those specifically invited with their families can attend.
IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?
Yes, there is a large parking lot that will be available to you to park free of charge. It is recommended to carpool or use a ride share service when possible. The road leading into the venue is windy.
CAN I LEAVE MY VEHICLE OVERNIGHT?
Yes. Vehicles can be left overnight at the venue but must be picked up by 10:00am on Sunday, 6/15.

IS THERE A REGISTRY WHERE WE CAN FIND YOUR GIFT PREFERENCES?

WHAT KIND OF FOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE?
Food will be grilled onsite with options such as: Chicken, Steak, Salmon and Vegetarian Pasta with Pesto Sauce available, as well as a variety of side salads and dessert. We want everyone to enjoy their meal without any worries. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, and we'll absolutely try to make sure that appropriate accommodations can be made.
