Semi-formal! We encourage guests to embrace a dark and moody color palette! Colors to avoid: shades of white, black, and plum. Patterns including black are okay.

What if it rains?
If there is any inclement weather, the ceremony will be held inside the tent on the dance floor.
Can I bring a guest?
If your invitation includes an option for a plus one, then yes! We look forward to celebrating with you and your guest.
Can I bring my kids?
We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kiddos at home.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan on arriving by 4:15pm to give yourself time to park and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:30pm.
Will transportation be provided?
We have arranged for a trolley shuttle to transport guests to and from the hotel and the venue. The shuttle will be making two trips. Please meet in front of the hotel at 2:45pm or 3:45pm. The shuttle will leave the venue to return to the hotel at 10:00pm and 11:00pm.
Is there any parking available?
Yes, the venue has a large parking lot. Once parked, you can head up the driveway towards the ceremony site.
Can I take photos?
We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you DO NOT use your cell phones during the ceremony. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night!
What happens after the ceremony?
After we say “I do,” we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour where we will serve beer, wine, seltzers, and a charcuterie board. There will also be yard games and board games available during this time.
Will there be an open bar?
Heck yeah! We will be offering select wine, beer, and seltzers.
What time does the reception end?
The reception will end at 11:00pm. This is strictly enforced so please plan accordingly. The shuttle will be picking up at the venue to return to the hotel at 10:00pm and 11:00pm.
