Jake and Kayla matched and started talking on Hinge.

Jake and Kayla had their first date at Stadium View in Green Bay.

After a few wonderful dates, Kayla fell sick with the flu and had to cancel their 4th date. Jake went out of his way to deliver a care package to Kayla and helped her feel better. This is when Kayla knew he was a keeper.

Jake joined Kayla's 26th birthday celebration and met some of Kayla's family for the first time.

Jake and Kayla went to Jake's family cabin, and Kayla met Jake's family for the first time. Kayla learned how to snowmobile and they took their first photo together

Jake and Kayla spent another weekend at Jake's family's cabin. This weekend was full of snowmobiling and ice fishing.

Jake and Kayla went on a Valentine's Date and shared their first "I love you."

Jake continued to show Kayla all that Door County has to offer.

Jake and Kayla traveled to Winona for Jake's sister Jessie's graduation.

Kayla traveled with Jake's family to Nashville. This is the couple's favorite trip together.

Jake's sister Julia and her boyfriend, Danny, were visiting Jake and Kayla in Door County for the weekend. They went for a hike at Peninsula State Park and after the hike, Jake got down on one knee and popped the big question!
