WHERE WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE?
The ceremony and reception will both be held at Rustic Manor - 3115 WIS-83, Hartland, WI. The ceremony will be upstairs in the hayloft, and there will be ushers to help you find your seats. There is heat in this barn venue.
WHAT TIME IS THE WEDDING?
The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will follow the ceremony.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! The dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear dresses, skirts, or dress pants/blouses, etc. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie, khakis, dress pants, dress shirt, etc. No jeans please! Please note that the barn venue has heat.
CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity allowed at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
Of course children are welcome! Our only ask is if your child is crying or upset during our ceremony to please take them out into the main downstairs area to calm down. Thank you for understanding! If you prefer to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself, feel free to!
If you go to RSVP online, and there is not an option for you to select your child as "attending," please let Kayla or Jake know which children from your family are coming to the wedding or fill out the prompt that asks "how many children attending" when you RSVP online.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Our venue has a parking lot that can hold up to 74 vehicles. There is a gravel overflow parking lot that can hold up to 35 vehicles. Cars are able to stay in the lot overnight, but must be gone by 10:00am on Saturday. Because of limited parking spots available, please carpool with family if you are able to!
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
We have set up room blocks at three separate nearby hotels. Click on the "Travel" link on this website and you can see the hotel/room block details.
IS THERE TRANSPORTATION BEFORE/AFTER THE WEDDING?
For transportation, please plan on having a designated driver or using Uber/Lyft services.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes, the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you- get ready to celebrate! Our open bar will be from 3:45-4:45pm, then again from 6:00-9:00pm. During the times that we do not have open bar, we will have a cash bar.
WHAT IS ON THE DINNER MENU?
We will have All Occasions Catering serving a Bubb's Barbecue buffet-style meal. Please let Kayla know if you require any meal accommodations (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, etc) at (715)570-1077.
HOW DO I RSVP?
Once the formal invitations are sent out, there will be a QR code on the back of the invite that you can scan which will take you to our website. Then, click on the website tab listed as "RSVP," and follow the prompts. If you know that you will not be able to make it, please let Kayla know at (715) 570-1077 or simply respond "not able to attend" on the RSVP tab on this website.
WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
Please RSVP by October 25, 2024.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP through our website so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "attending," but find that you will not make it, please notify Kayla at (715) 570-1077 or scan the QR code on the invite again and change your option from "attending" to "declined."

We have a gift registry at Target and Menards. We have a cash fund for home renovations linked to this website under "registry." Any gift is greatly appreciated!
