A great place to get burgers and pizza that was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives! Make sure to put some honey on your pizza--a Colorado classic move.
A cuties, moderate hike for the tourists! Karlie proposed to Kaylee here :)

Any hike in Chautauqua is a serious win. But be warned, the Royal Arch route can be deathly if youre not a frequent hiker. Flatirons 1/2 is challenging but worth it. Flatirons loop is a great trail for beginners!
Take the Hessie Trail for a moderate, 2-hour out-and-back hike that leads you to a beautiful lake for a great lunch spot! Not to mention, parking is great. You can park for free at the local high school and take a no-cost shuttle to and from the trailhead.
Take a dip in the creek to cool off! Park anywhere on Arapahoe that isn't blocked off, then walk down to the sidewalk along the creek until you find a good spot to set up camp. The best spot may be across the water!
Shop, walk, eat, and enjoy the energy on Pearl Street! Think of it like the South Congress of Boulder.

While this is technically a hardware store, they have almost any item you can think of for around the house. It is a fun place to walk through and see what you can find.
Right next to Pearl Street, the farmers market is open on Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm, and Wednesdays from 3:30 - 7:30 pm over the summer. This is a great place to buy local produce or pastries, or just walk and grab a drink and lunch.
The hotel The Shining is based off of; located in Estes Park about an hour north of Boulder. We would recommend taking one of the tours offered to learn about the hotel and maybe see some ghosts!
