Reservations must be made by 5-7-2026.
Given that summers are extremely busy in Boulder, we have contracted rooms for guests to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. We request that you make your reservation at the link below or by calling Hilton directly and sharing the group code (90H) with them verbally.
While we have contracted enough hotel rooms for June 6th and 7th, you are welcome to book additional nights so you can stay and explore Boulder! Pending availability, you can also book using this room rate for up to two nights before and/or after June 6th and 7th. For example, you could book from June 4th through June 9th at the discounted rate if Hilton has available rooms. But anything prior to or following those dates would be at the normal rate.
For those flying in from out of town, be sure to fly into the Denver International Airport! The Colorado Springs airport could work as a backup option, but it's about a 2-hour drive from Boulder, so you would need to plan accordingly.
For a cost-effective way to get to Boulder, you can take the RTD bus for $10! Read more in the next section about this option. Alternatively, you can also take a rideshare or rent a car. Rideshare will likely be over $100 per trip either to or from the airport.
A great way to get around, especially to and from the airport, is via the RTD bus system! It's $10 per person per day for an airport transportation ticket to catch the AB1/AB2 bus. The easiest pickup/dropoff spot in Boulder will likely be at Table Mesa/39th St, where you can hop on another local bus depending on your final destination. If you think you'll take the bus at all, we recommend you download the RTD app before getting to Colorado!
If you are traveling from out of town and plan not to rent a car, the best way to get to and from the wedding venue is to take an Uber or Lyft. An announcement will be made in the last half hour of the evening to call/schedule rideshares so they arrive on time.
