When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than March 31st 2024. Thank you!

What should I wear?

We are not super fancy people. Casual is totally fine! Remember it is going to be April, it could either be fairly nice or could be pouring down rain. Both ceremony and reception are outside (I know we're crazy). Dress according to weather. We will have propane patio heaters, canopies and a garage incase of rain.

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invite as well as when you RSVP.

Are kids allowed?

We love kiddos! Due to limited numbers, we hope that you appreciate that children are only invited if named when sending out invitations and their names will also be on the list when you RSVP. Thank you!

When should I arrive at the ceremony?

Those formally invited, it will begin at 11:30am. Remember to plan on how long it is going to take to get there. For example, from Millwood it is about an hour and a half. Try to get there early so you can grab a seat and socialize with guests before the ceremony begins!

When should I arrive to the reception?

The reception begins at 5:30pm, dinner will be served around 6:00-6:15pm. Dances and other activities will start afterwards. You might want to give yourself time to find parking as the reception is at the Porter's Residence. If you know someone else who is also attending, you could also try to carpool. It may be a little busy on the street. Plan accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

We will be supplying beer and wine. The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you. ;) Please drink responsibly.

How can i contribute to your honeymoon fund? Also can we bring wedding gifts?

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, we have a cash fund listed under our registry tab, we also will have a card box at the reception. In that same area there will be a spot for gifts.

What is the bridal party wearing?

My beautiful maid of honor and bridesmaid will be wearing a dusty rose pink, and the best man and groomsman will be wearing an olive green.
