What is the dress code?

Dress Code: All Black & Black Tie. We’re kindly asking all of our guests to wear formal all black attire to our wedding. Not only does it create a timeless, elegant look for the day, but it also helps the wedding party and our immediate family stand out in the photos. More importantly, it creates a cohesive feel as we all come together to celebrate love and unity. Your presence means the world to us, and we can’t wait to see everyone looking stunning in all black on our special day! Examples: • Gentlemen: Black tuxedo or suit with a black dress shirt and black tie/bow tie. Black dress shoes. • Ladies: Floor-length black gowns, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy black ensembles. Black shoes and accessories are encouraged. • Overall vibe: Sophisticated, sleek, and timeless—all black everything.

Can I bring a +1?

Please Note: No Plus-One Policy. While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to keep our guest list intimate. As much as we’d love to include everyone’s special guests, we are kindly requesting that only those who are directly invited attend. This means if we haven’t met your plus-one, we ask that you attend solo. It’s important to us that we have the closest friends and family with us on this special day, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We’re so excited to share this moment with you!

Can I bring my kids?

No Children, Please. As much as we adore kids, we’ve decided to keep our wedding day an adults-only affair. We kindly ask that no children attend. We want everyone to fully enjoy the day with us, free to relax and celebrate love without distractions. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this special day with you!

Am I able to smoke?

The answer from Woods & Co.: Woods and Co does have designated smoking areas. These spaces are the only areas where smoking is allowed. Under no circumstances will smoking or vaping be allowed in any area other than this space. All butts must be disposed of properly in the designated receptacles. We are a smoke-free and drug-free facility. If the Client or Client’s guests are found to be engaging in illegal activity such as smoking marijuana on the premises, we reserve the right to call the authorities. The wedding will be shut down if the use of marijuana is present.

Bar Details

We will have a cash bar available for our guests to enjoy throughout the evening. Please drink responsibly and know that our venue has a policy to close the bar if anyone becomes too overindulged. We want everyone to have the best time celebrating with us!

What time should we arrive?

Please No Phones During the Ceremony. We kindly ask that guests refrain from using their phones during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present in the moment as we say our vows and celebrate this special occasion. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture all the beautiful moments, and we can’t wait to share those memories with you afterward. Thank you for respecting this request, and we look forward to having you with us as we make this moment unforgettable!

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?
