Important Details

Dress Code: All Black &amp; Black Tie.We’re kindly asking all of our guests to wear formal all black attire to our wedding. Not only does it create a timeless, elegant look for the day, but it also helps the wedding party and our immediate family stand out in the photos. More importantly, it creates a cohesive feel as we all come together to celebrate love and unity. Your presence means the world to us, and we can’t wait to see everyone looking stunning in all black on our special day!Examples:	•	Gentlemen: Black tuxedo or suit with a black or white dress shirt and black tie/bow tie. Black dress shoes, Black dress shirt, black dress pants, black tie/bow tie, black dress shoes.	•	Ladies: Floor-length black gowns, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy black ensembles. Black shoes and accessories are encouraged.	•	Overall vibe: Sophisticated, sleek, and timeless—all black everything.

Dalton is my cousin, and one of the funniest memories we have together is when Dalton, Hannah, Shavonnye and I took my dad’s jeep out on Grandpa Johnson’s land and we found a spot that was kind of a “jump” so I punched it and we were all laughing and Dalton smacked his head on the roof of the jeep and we all laughed even more haha it was all fun and laughs! We did it for about an hour before I got in a little trouble for being reckless.

We’ve reserved a cozy block of rooms at the American Inn in Wabasha for the night of our wedding! To keep the celebration stress-free, a shuttle will be running throughout the evening to whisk guests from the venue to the hotel. If you’d rather make a little weekend getaway out of it, there are also plenty of cute Airbnbs and other nearby stays to choose from.
