The dress code for this event is Semi-Formal

Parking is limited at the event to about 75 spaces. We recommend using Uber and Lyft to get to and from the event for those who are able to do so.

We will perform a detailed risk assessment and implement a site-specific plan in accordance with State guidance documents.

We will train employees on how to limit the spread of Covid 19, including how to screen themselves for symptoms and require them to stay at home should they have any symptoms.

We will implement individual control and screening processes as defined by the State.

We will implement cleaning and disinfecting protocols. Including sanitizer stations, antibacterial soaps, and keep restrooms sanitized throughout the event.

Clients and Guests:

Clients and guests will be required to sign a declaration and waiver document that states they are not ill and/or have been exposed as well as holding Terra Mia harmless upon arrival. We will be taking temperatures. We will request each guest take their temperature upon arrival or before leaving for the venue. We will request frequent hand washing and use of our antibacterial hand sanitizer stations. We will also be limiting the number of guests in the restroom to 2 people at a time.

For those who will not be vaccinated before the wedding we recommend getting a COVID test prior to the event for your safety and for the safety of others.
