The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor grassy area (weather dependent). The reception will be held indoors that also has an outdoor patio area.

Although we love your kiddos, we regretfully cannot accommodate children at the venue due to limited capacity and seating, with the exception of immediate family and wedding party family members. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to come and celebrate with us.

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures in the outdoor area for approximately one hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall, where the bar will be open immediately following the ceremony! appetizers will be provided at this time as well.

The venue has a spacious dirt parking lot that is free of charge within the venue, staff will be assisting with parking on arrival. The road leading to the venue is a winding and narrow road. The gate to the venue will be open upon arrival and be locked at the start of the ceremony to prevent disruption. The gate will open back up after the ceremony. If you need to leave your vehicle overnight that is okay as long as it is picked up by 11am Sunday 10/20/24.

Ceremony is set for 4:30 pm, October 19th, 2024. We recommend arriving 30 to 45 minutes early. Keep in mind it is a narrow winding road to the venue. Please plan accordingly as the gates will be locked to prevent interruption after the ceremony begins. (It will re-open afterwards)

Yes, the drinks are on us!! The hangover is on you (; We will have an open bar from cocktail hour through reception. beer, wine and some cocktail options. Following the reception weather permitting we will be gathering around the fire for some tunes, late night snacks and drinks.

We are having an "unplugged ceremony"(no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We will have professional photographers to capture this moment and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony take as many photos/videos as you would like! (:

Due to limited capacity at our venue, your formal invitation will indicate if you can bring a plus one. You can view this on the "RSVP" tab on our website.

Our caterer is Schaal's based in Roanoke,VA. Stay tuned for what will be served at our wedding. This will be a buffet/grazing style event. Please advise us ahead of time if you have any dietary restrictions so we can be sure to accommodate you.

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that our guest dress formal to semi-formal. This is a fall wedding so be sure to bring an extra layer with you. The ceremony is outdoors/grass keep that in mind when choosing footwear. Please refrain from wearing shorts and shades of white/ivory.

Please RSVP by September 19th, 2024. We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue and catering company exact numbers by a certain date so please don't RSVP late. We will be sending out reminders as well.
