Please RSVP as soon as possible. We unfortunately can only have so many people at our venue, so if you no you will not be able to make it to our Colorado ceremony and reception please RSVP so we can invite others who can make it. The final RSVP deadline is May 1, 2024. Thanks!

Please note your invitation. Because of the small number of guests we are allowed in our Colorado venue, we aren't able to give everyone a plus one. However, if you feel we are forgetting someone, please contact us directly and let us know. There may be spots that open up as RSVPs come in. Also, please feel free to bring a plus one to our Iowa Reception where there is not a restricted number.

We ask that you please leave your children at home for the Colorado Ceremony and Reception. We have a small number of people allowed at our venue and cannot accommodate extra children. However, please bring them along to our Iowa Reception.

Because of the small parking lot at the site of the ceremony, we ask you to please drop off any passengers you may have at Bigham Hill Park and then proceed to Pleasant Valley Church at 5220 Rist Canyon Road for parking and a shuttle will bring you up and back to your vehicle.

Crossing our fingers for the weather, our Ceremony will be outside at Bigham Hill Park. Our Reception will be at Club Tico (where our ceremony will also take place in case of bad weather) which is in City Park but is indoors.

Unfortunately, there is a short walk up a hill to the ceremony. We will have ushers available to help you walk up if needed. If more accommodations are needed, please let us know, and we will find a solution. The Reception venue is accessible to all.

Please feel free to take pictures before and after the ceremony and at the reception. We do ask that you put your phones away for the short ceremony. We have a professional photographer there to take photos, we would rather have your full attention. Also, please feel free to post on social media whatever you want!

Absolutely! If there is one thing we love to do, it is dance! We will have a dance at both the Colorado and Iowa Receptions, so get ready to get your groove on. There will not be a DJ, so if you have a song request, please send it to us as soon as possible, and we will see if we can add it in.
