When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP online by June 20th. If you prefer, you can always email your RSVP to keagankinsella@yahoo.com .
Can I bring a date?
If you look up your RSVP information on the website, it will show "Guest" if you have a plus one. While we would love for everyone to be able to bring a guest, in this crazy Covid world, planning for potential capacity/distancing restrictions has made us have to be more limited on our guest list.
Where should I park? Is parking free?
There is ample guest parking in a lot right outside the farm, and there is no cost. If you are staying at Treasure Island Resort, there will be a shuttle to/from the venue.
What are the shuttle times to/from Treasure Island?
Treasure Island to Almquist Farms by 4:00pm:
2:45pm & 3:25pm
Almquist Farms to Treasure Island (at end of wedding):
9:30pm, 10:30pm 11:00pm
What should I wear?
The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting). Thankfully, it is nicely shaded. We recommend wearing footwear appropriate for grass. And cocktail attire for clothing (semi formal cocktail dresses, suits, or button up shirt & tie... basically, just your Sunday best!)
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes! If you need assistance getting down to the ceremony area, they also have a separate path where they can transport you via golf cart.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the cocktail hour, where there will be yard games, drinks, snacks & music!
Will there be something to eat if I have a dietary restriction?
Yes! For dinner, we will be serving a fajita bar. There will be chicken and steak, with all the fixings, but there will be plenty of vegetarian/vegan/gluten friendly options!
Will there be an open bar?
The bar will be completely open through Cocktail hour, so you can order from Almquist's wonderful menu of specialty cocktails. After that, beer & wine will be hosted for the entirety of the evening! Credit cards are accepted. (The venue does request that drinks are not brought on the dance floor).
Do I need to wear a mask?
No! We want to see your smile :) While you are welcome to, our ceremony is fully outdoors and guests will have plenty of space to be outdoors for cocktail hour and throughout the evening as there is a large patio and "yard" attached to the reception hall.
