Are kids invited?
Although we love your little ones, We have decided to make our wedding an adult-only event and we hope you take this time to let your hair down and help us celebrate. We appreciate your understanding.
Where is the venue?
3224 Kline Road, Nelson BC. We are getting married at a family home. Please follow the address on Google or Apple Maps, we will make sure there is a lot of signage so you don’t miss a turn!
When do I have to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by August 1st, 2025! This allows us enough time to finalize all of the details in time for the wedding!
How do I get to and from the venue?
You will have to find your own way to the venue, but you are able to leave your vehicles over night and call a cab to wherever you are staying that night!
Absolutely NO Drinking and Driving!
Where do I park?
There will be an area for parking at the venue and will be signage as well as somebody directing you. You are able to leave your car overnight!
What do I wear?
Our wedding will be Semi-Formal attire. However dress for the weather! The wedding is in a grassy area so please plan your footwear accordingly (no skinny heels unless you want to be stuck in the grass all night!).
Where do I stay after the wedding?
Please see the ‘accommodations ’ section for details on hotels in the Nelson Area! Be sure to book your hotel as soon as you can!
There is room for trailers to dry camp for free or if you would like full service, you can book to stay in the Campground located down the driveway. Please book through Kline's Creek Side. (KlinesRVresort@gmail.com) $35 a night. To help keep us stress free please let us know right away If you would like to bring your Trailer! We will need to block off space and make sure there is enough room for everybody!
Can we Bring Our Pets?
If you are reading this you know Joshua and I love pets just as much as anybody… maybe even more! Unfortunately, please leave your cute furry friends at home <3
Where Will The Washrooms Be?
We have rented Porta Potty’s and are placing them between the ceremony/reception and camping! They will be available to everyone 24/7! Unfortunately we are unable to supply showers for the people camping, so if that is you, come prepared with lots of dry shampoo!
Where do I sit during cocktail hour and dinner?
Any where and no where! There will be no sit down meal served as we want to mingle with all of our guests and play some yard games! There will be tables available when the dancing feet get tired though!
