If you will be arriving in Peterborough or Burleigh Falls early and would like to do some exploring or grab a bite to eat, we'd recommend the following. Lakefield is only a 15 minute drive from the Inn, and Peterborough is about 30 minutes. If you are going to get dinner Friday night, we would recommend making a reservation in advance!
