On the evening of December 5, 2020, amidst the challenges of living in a society deeply impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, Keith and Ian found each other on social media. Their initial interaction sparked a rapid connection, characterized by engaging conversations about their respective professions, lifestyles, goals, and shared interests as Virgos being born within the same week.

They met for the first time the following morning which led to a very simple, inexpensive, and unique first date at El Pollo Campero, where they shared a meal inside of Ian's car due to both of them being essential workers and having to get to work within just a few hours. That didn't stop either of them from connecting even further with one another, though. Throughout the day, as Keith attended to police calls and Ian cared for his hospital patients, they remained deeply connected through continuous text exchanges and phone calls.

By the end of their shifts that night, they were already back together delighted to see each other in-person all over again. To date, aside from business trips, they have never been apart for more than a day. Over time, their bond strengthened, leading to shared travel experiences, moving in together, purchasing a property together, becoming foster parents together, and eventually culminating in them choosing to build a loving life together where they have since welcomed three of gorgeous children into the world.

As a couple, they have weathered numerous challenges, emerging as each other's biggest supporters and champions.
