Kansas City's first and only Vietnamese Coffee shop. One of our favorite spots for coffee.

The Hella Good Latté is a favorite, just Viet espresso and ube. If you want a the traditional Vietnamese coffee, the Saigon is what you're after.

If coffee isn't your thing, the Golden Excellence is a Viet style lemonade. A little more salt than sweet with lychee, super yummy.

Our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. It's also really close to our favorite coffee shop, Café Cà Phé.

They have amazing Phở (pronounced "fuhhh").

The P1 is classic and P4 if you want it all.

If you want a cozy meal that is both extremely hearty and feels light on the system, do the Bun Bowl(pronounced "boon") is amazing. Both appropriate for a cold or a hot day and it's extremely fresh.

B7 is my favorite but there's different variations to accommodate your tastes.

Low-key, hole-in-the-wall bar with a small kitchen. They have simple drinks and amazing poutine fries. It's also the bar that our photoshoot was taken at for our save the dates!

A very amazing jazz bar to get drinks and cocktails. A place we take every out of towner for a good time.

Show up however you want, dressed up or in jeans. It's dark and moody and there's live jazz music both upstairs and downstairs.

If you're upstairs and the band on a break, they'll speaker in the band downstairs and vice versa so you have live music all the time in every seat in the house.

Our favorite BBQ joint in KC. It's located inside a gas station. Be prepared to wait in line, and if that's not ideal, call in and order for take out so you don't have to worry about standing around for awhile.

The Z Man is a classic and high recommend. Burnt ends is also highly recommended.

A really amazing Korean restaurant. There are no wrong choices with the food. Their menu is short, but every dish is exceptional.

Our favorite place for Korean Fried Chicken. Something we get every time we go there.

One of our favorite donut shops! If they have their mochi donuts in stock, you should definitely try them! We buy them all the time and their fruit flavors are the best!

A tasty brunch/lunch spot. Their menu changes often and is different based on what's in season. No wrong choices with their menu, whatever it happens to be.

Amazing burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, but all vegan. I know that might sound strange but it's amazing. We are not vegan, not even close, but this place is amazing and is a place we talk about often.

Their Nashville Chicken Sandwich is wild, a hot style chicken sandwich topped with mac and cheese (and yet somehow all vegan.) Do it. It's delicious. Prove yourself wrong.

A speak-easy in Kansas City. Park where you can, walk down an alley way to an un-assuming grey door, go down the stairs, knock on the door and wait.

If the light is red, they're at full capacity so just hang out in the lounge until the light turns green and someone will let you in.

Dress however, it's a super fun time with an amazing staff and even better cocktails. The vibe is and setup is spectacular despite it's unassuming entry.

Downstairs showcases hand crafted miniatures that are both incredibly small and impossibly detailed. Upstairs is a trip down nostalgia lane as you hunt down your favorite childhood toys on display. A good time overall. Just something a little goofy and different.
