Although we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our special day an 18+ celebration to ensure our guests can be fully present in the joy of the occasion. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements!

The ceremony will begin at 5 PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to give yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat.

Yes! There is plenty of parking at Stonehurst. There will be attendants to direct you when you arrive for the ceremony. If you need to leave your vehicle at Stonehurst overnight, you must pick it up by 11 AM the following day.

The ceremony will be outside (weather dependent). Cocktail hour will be in the mansion and the reception will be in the barn.

Everything onsite is within walking distance. There will also be a golf cart and a trolley that can transport guests.

Yes! Shuttles will pick up Hyatt Place guests at 4 PM. Our reception will end at 10:30 PM with shuttles returning guests back to the hotel at this time. Early check in at the hotel is not guaranteed, so we recommend arriving to the hotel to catch the shuttle in your full wedding attire. You will be able to check into the hotel after the wedding.

No! You are more than welcome to drive yourself. There is plenty of parking onsite.

Yes! We have reserved the conference room at the Hyatt Place from 11 PM - 1 AM to continue the celebration!
