We wish for our guests to be comfortable, yet dressed nicely! Sunday best would be appreciated! Please remember how unpredictable South Dakota can be though! Make sure to check the weather for the day!

Once you arrive, please park BEHIND the venue (ushers will be available for directions). Once parked, please find a seat in the outdoor Pavilion. We are all family, so please be seated where you wish! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Ceremony will begin at 4 o'clock.

After the social hour, you can make your way into the event hall. There is no seating chart, however please respect the few reserved tables. After dinner, speeches, and all special dances are complete, you are welcome to flood the dance floor to enjoy the rest of the evening! Card games and yard games are provided to utilize as well!

Dinner will be Midwest style potluck buffet. The main dish will be pulled pork with a variety of sides (ex. chips, salads, and desserts.)

We will have a cash bar available. We want to emphasize NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL or HARD LIQUOR is allowed! This is venue regulation and we ask that this is respected. You are free to utilize the bar as you wish! Cards and cash are accepted! Enjoy!

We love that you want to have memories from our special day! However, we do ask our guests to please limit the use of cameras and phones during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer named Augusta that will be here, specifically to be taking photos! Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you wish! We would love to see our special day through our guests' eyes. If you post your photos, please post them with our wedding tag #almostamaral

No travel needed! Our entire day is located at the same venue. The ceremony will be outside and reception will be in the event hall. There will be no need for you to travel the day of!

We will NOT have transportation services available after the reception. If you plan on drinking, please be safe and have a ride available at the end of the night.
