To book lodging go to the link listed above. If you want to extend your stay beyond the weekend, please call the phone number listed within the link and mention you are part of the Darnell-Sinchuk wedding. It will likely default to Black Bear Lodge; click "other" to view all of the lodging options.

There will be three options of lodging all within walking distance of the village and venue.

1. Black Bear Lodge - this is a standard hotel, rooms with 2 queen beds. There is no kitchen or fridge in these rooms, but breakfast is included. It is pet friendly. This is located slightly further than the other lodging locations, but still walkable.

2. Long Trail House- these are condo style units. There are studios, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms available. There is a full kitchen and living room. This is located right across the street from the village.

3. Hearthstone - these are luxury condo units. There are 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms available. This is located right next to Long Trail House and across the street from the village.

Transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony and reception. Buses will be picking up from both Black Bear Lodge and Long Trail House.
