Dress to impress. We're thinking cocktail, with some disco flair! Please keep in mind that Pleasanton in July will be hot and humid, so make sure you'll also be comfortable.

We have 2 experienced photographers capturing our day so we kindly request an unplugged ceremony. We will happily share our professional images with you after the wedding! Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like after the conclusion of the ceremony.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate additional kiddos outside of our immediate family on our wedding day. We appreciate your understanding.

The plan is to be outdoors, but if the weather proves too hot at the time of our rehearsal, we may shift our wedding to take place indoors.

Pleasanton will be very hot and humid in the summer (ranging between the 80-100 degrees), but if you plan to explore San Francisco, be sure to pack a jacket as it is usually 10-20 degrees cooler.

We want our guests to be able to have fun and enjoy our wedding. We will be providing a shuttle that will pick up from the AC Hotel in Pleasanton at 4:20pm PT, so we recommend booking a hotel room in the area or from our reserved block, and using our shuttles or taking a Lyft/Uber to the venue. Because our wedding is on a Friday, we want to be mindful of the rush-hour traffic as well. If you are driving from outside of the Pleasanton-Livermore area, please be sure to account for traffic.

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue.

There are three major airports in the Bay Area (SFO, OAK, and SJC) We recommend flying into SFO.

We have blocked rooms at the AC Hotel in Pleasanton, but there are many hotels in the areas to choose from. Due to anticipated rush-hour traffic on a Friday, we recommend booking a hotel in the Pleasanton/Livermore area. Please plan to book a hotel in this area from, at least, Thursday, July 18 to Saturday, July 20.

Rental cars are an option! The venue is about 50 minutes from SFO (without traffic). If you plan on exploring the Bay Area, get a rental car (but do not leave anything in plain view in your car, we mean it!). To get to and from our venue, we recommend using our shuttles from the AC Hotel or calling a Lyft/Uber.

Hotels or Airbnbs are your best options. For hotels, we recommend Union Square or Mission Bay. For Airbnbs, some of our favorite neighborhoods are: Marina/Cow Hollow, Pacific Heights, Hayes Valley, Noe Valley, and the Castro. Please do not go to the Tenderloin or 6th Street in SF.
