We are lucky to have family & friends who are willing to travel to another country to celebrate with us. If you are able to make the trip we will be organizing a few events in addition to the wedding day. See a high level summary below and we will communicate additional details and other optional excursions closer to the date. All times subject to change depending on group size and weather.

Friday

Arrive in Florence and join an optional winery tour & bus ride to Tuscany and the villa(s). We are planning the lunch to be around 1pm and transportation to leave Florence around noon. The bride and groom plan on driving to the winery as rental cars are encouraged. (more details on travel and rental cars on the travel page)

Check in to pre-arranged villas around 4pm

Saturday

Welcome Pizza Dinner at the Wedding Venue around 6pm.

Sunday

Wedding Day!

Monday

Bride and Groom will be hanging at their pool for whoever wants to join!

Tuesday

Official check out of pre arranged villas around 10 am
