Welcome Party

We can't wait to see everyone in town so please join us at Sylvan Dale Ranch to kick off the weekend.Attire is dressy casual/ cocktail attire; but please come in whatever you feel most comfortable in!Welcome party will be outside and on grass. Games and drinks will be provided. Please eat before hand.

Saturday, September 5th

5:00pm- 11:00pm Heart Song Ceremony Site -Sylvan Dale Ranch

Attire is Semi-Formal or Garden Party.Please arrive by 4:45pm for a 5pm Ceremony. The ceremony site is a short 5-minute walk on gravel from the hill- top parking lot. If mobility accommodations are required, please reach out to us!There will be a shuttle running from the La Quinta in Loveland to the Venue from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. All are welcome to use this shuttle and are encouraged as there will likely be no service or ability for ride shares from the venue back into town. Please see the Q &amp; A page for more information.Ceremony and Dinner will be on grass, reception will be inside the Lodge.

After Party Bonfire

11pm and on... The party will continue into a bonfire once the reception has ended. Please bring warm and comfortable clothes if you plan to stay! Last shuttle service back to the La Quinta in Loveland will be at 12am, midnight. Please plan rides accordingly!

How Will the shuttle work?

A shuttle service will be available from the La Quinta Loveland/ Estes Park to Sylvan Dale Ranch and back later in the night. The Shuttle will be running to take guests to the venue from 3:30pm - 4:30pm. Please meet the shuttle in the lobby of the Hotel. Guests not staying in the hotel can also use the shuttle. Cars can be left in the hotel parking lot overnight. The Shuttle will be running one trip per hour, on the hour from 9pm to 12am to bring guests back to the hotel after the wedding. Please go to the front of the heritage lodge to meet the shuttle before the top of the hour. Ride shares can then be called from the hotel to your accommodation if you are not staying at the Hotel.

There will be some cabins on the property for guests to stay in available on a first come first serve basis! Please see lodging information on Sylvan Dales website for more information. All Cabins and Houses are booked!! Check in is 3pm on Friday, no early check in available.Must call SDR office to book at least 30 days before event.Breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning is provided with booking. Camping on site is also an option for anyone brave enough. Please reach out to Kelly or Alex if you plan to Camp!

SDR offers lots of activities including 3,200 acres of hiking, horseback riding, trap shooting, and fly fishing. If you are interested in these activities please call the Ranch.Activities should be reserved by April 1st, 2026 to guarantee availability.

Sylvan Dale Ranch Wedding Venue

Just a 40 minute drive from the Venue. Timed entry permits are now required. Timed entry permits for Rocky Mountain National Park are released on a rolling basis, with a major release&nbsp;on the first of each month at 8:00 AM MDT, for the following month.&nbsp;An additional batch of permits is released each day at 7:00 PM MDT for the following dayWe recommend driving Trail Ridge Road if you have an extra day or two in Colorado. Bear lake, Dream Lake and Emerald Lake are all included in one easy hike. If you are looking for a more challenging hike, try Chasm Lake.

Rocky Mountain National Park

Peach's favorite place in Colorado. Just over 35 minutes from the venue and a beautiful drive through the mountains and around Horsetooth Reservoir. A Day pass is $10 and available at the entry to park. Lory has over 28 miles of hiking around and down to Horsetooth Reservoir. Our favorite trails are Arthurs Rock and the Shoreline trail.
