Emily and Kelly have been friends for about 29 years. Kelly stuck with the friendship through the hard times of Emily's "biting" phase as a child and is glad she finally grew out of that. Growing up next door to each other they call each others family their own and often spend holidays house-hopping. They've been there for most of each others biggest milestones, including Kelly being Emily's MOH, so it only seems right that Emily return the favor.

Kelly and Steph became quick friends the summer before senior year at University of Illinois(2014). They shared countless dance nights, heart to hearts, and margaritas from Dos Reales that year. Though they have collectively lived in 5 different states since graduation they have continued to be each others best friend.

Ri and Kelly met while working at Coral Cove as lifeguards the summer of 2011. Though they don't share similar one-piece tan lines anymore they are still as close as ever. Kelly has always considered Ri to be a younger sister to her, as well as a best friend, and she couldn't imagine not having her by her side.

Raeann and Kelly met at Leadership Lab church camp the very first year (2007). Raeann now admits that she was scared/intimidated by Kelly's enthusiasm that first year. Their 5th summer at camp(2011) they finally became good friends, which only got sweeter when Kelly joined Raeann at U of I. Raeann has proven to always be one of the sweetest friends in Kelly's life... not to mention she completes the trio affectionately known as "the assclowns".

Rachel and Kelly also met and became friends through Leadership Lab church camp summer of 2011, rounding out 3/3 "assclowns".Possibly one of Kelly's most fun, energetic and dangerous friends to be around.. she is affectionately known as "Liability Rachel" in the Holden household. Kelly can't imagine having a group of bridesmaids without Rachel.

Ian and Kyle met freshman year of high school. While on a camping trip for school they decided to share a tent (flood a tent) together. Throughout the years their friendship has been more of a brotherhood. Kyle was there when Ian swore into The Marines and several years later Ian returned the favor and was there when Kyle was sworn into Racine Police Department. In between that time there has been a lot of fish caught and deer shot. No matter where Ian has been throughout his time in the Marine and the Coastguard he has always been there for Kyle.

Dominic and Kyle were friends in high school but didn't truly become close until Kyle moved back from college in Minnesota. Both Kyle and Dominic hold the responsibility of holding Kyle in line, while holding each other accountable for life's adversities. The move to Waupaca wouldn't have been possible without Dominic driving the 22 foot uhaul through the snowstorm. We all hope that Dominic doesn't need Livescope to navigate down the aisle at the wedding.

Kyle and Jacob (more affectionately known as Boelter) met in the beginning of 2021 at the police academy. Despite the "6-foot rule" of Covid during the duration of the academy.. these two couldn't stay separated. Kyle and Boelter share many similar interests between their profession and love for the outdoors. Though they have only been friends a few years Boelter has proven to be one of Kyles biggest supporters and vice versa. It wouldn't be a wedding without him by Kyle's side.

Kyle and Donovan met freshman year at St. Cloud State and lived down the hall from each other the first two years. Nothing sparks up a friendship like longsnapping a football down the dorm hallway. Over the next few years they continued to have a strong friendship. After college they kept in touch and although they live in different states they are still good friends and often bond about how bad both the Bears and the Vikings are.

"The KEEFERS" is one of a kind. Keith has been like a younger brother to Kyle. Keith has always been genuine to who he is which always provides entertainment at family gatherings. Both Ian and Keith have ended up being more like family than friends to Kyle, so it's only fitting that they are both in the wedding.

Brett and Kyle became friends freshman year of high school while playing football. Their friendship quickly turned into a summer hustle of cutting grass. Brett has always kept Kyle on his toes with his sarcastic and quick remarks. Though many years have passed since football and lawn mowing Brett has continued to be a consistent friend and level head for Kyle whenever he needs a someone to talk with.
