Down by the creek on our farm

The ceremony is at 4:00 pm, guests should arrive between 3:00 and 3:30 pm to allow time for parking and to be transported to the ceremony site. There will be bartenders serving cocktails and charcuterie for our guests to enjoy while waiting for the ceremony to start.

The attire is semi-formal. Remember there will be lots of photos! We want pictures with all of you! We will be outdoors for the ceremony and reception. For those wearing heels, we recommend grass heel protectors (found on amazon.com) to prevent your heels from sinking into the ground. There will be some available from us, but we can’t guarantee they will fit your specific shoes. Bring comfortable shoes, boots, etc for later in case your feet hurt from all dancing we’ll be doing. Kentucky weather is unpredictable, so maybe bring a sweater or jacket in case of cooler weather. We will have a back up wedding tent in case of rain.

Dinner will be buffet style. Bryan will be smoking meat for days on end, so come hungry! He will also be making all of the food. Tentative menu…..smoked brisket, boston butt, chicken leg quarters. For vegans…cauliflower and cabbage steaks. Sides…..Italian green beans with potatoes, homemade mac & cheese, coleslaw, rolls. For vegans or specific food preferences, etc message us with ideas for foods you may want. Desserts….Wedding Cake, Cupcakes, Cookies, Pies All subject to change
