Shuttle service will be provided from The Earl Hotel parking lot at 3:30 PM, 3:50 PM, 4:10 PM. Guests staying at the Weathervane Terrace and other nearby spots can walk over to board the shuttle. Parking at The Earl is very limited and for hotel guests only. Uber/Lyft is not a reliable option in this region, so do not count on that.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at Shanahan's Barn around 4:00 pm in order to park and find your seats. The cocktail happy hour should begin around 5:00 pm.

Yes! Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all in the same location. The ceremony will be in the field with the cocktail hour and reception on the patio & in the barn. Parking is located right out front of the venue. Search "Shanahan's Barn" in Google Maps.

We'd love to see cocktail attire. For women, a spring dress, cocktail dress, or a pantsuit are some options we would recommend. For the gentlemen we suggest a suit with an optional tie. Please be mindful that the ceremony is in a grass field, and it may be difficult to navigate in stiletto heels.

Our dinner will be buffet style and will include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options. Please reach out to us directly if you need a more unique accommodation.

Unfortunately, due to space limitations at the venue, we simply can’t have all of our lovely guests bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

As much as we love your little ones, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate children at our wedding unless otherwise noted on the invitation.
