High Five Spirits is the largest operating distillery under 1 roof in Michigan. At the center point is a one of a kind built copper still, made by Detroit Still Works. The beautiful still was needed to ramp up production and keep things moving full steam ahead. Featuring a 9,000 gallon brite tank system, 3,800 gallon mixing tanks, and state of the art canning line and bottling lines. Visiting Gypsy Distillery allows guests to experience something rarely seen outside of Kentucky.
