How do I add a +1?
If you were afforded a plus one, your invite will allow for you to RSVP for additional guests. Unless, this option is included in your invite, we are unable to accommodate an additional guest to our wedding and reception, but you are welcome to have other guests travel with you to enjoy Cancun.
Are children allowed at the wedding and reception?
Although we love your little ones, this is an adults only affair, unless your child is included in the wedding party. If you would like to bring your child(ren) on vacation with you, please plan for childcare during the ceremony and reception.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is $100.00 per room.
Do you offer travel protection?
Yes, you may elect to add the Worldwide Trip Protector to your reservation please view this section on the accommodations page.
Can I book my flight on my own?
Yes, KT Travel & More LLC does not book flights for wedding groups.
How do I submit payment?
Payments will be submitted via the payment link located on your invoice. We will send out invoices with payment links as requested.
Can I add a roommate to my reservation after I have booked single occupancy?
While you are able to add guests to your reservation, please review the Plus One Policy for the actual wedding.
Is transportation to and from the airport included?
Transportation to and from the airport is not included in your reservation total, but it is offered and paid separately. It will show on your invoice should you elect to add it.
Can I book excursions?
Yes, optional excursions will be provided at a later date for booking.
What should I do if I need to cancel my reservation?
To cancel your reservation, you must submit the Reservation Cancellation Request Form. The link is provided below.
Can I cancel/remove travel protection from my reservation?
Once travel protection has been purchased it cannot be cancelled/refunded.
Can we request rooming next to our family/friends?
Yes, special requests can be made for you to room next to your family/friends, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Can I request double beds?
Yes, special requests can be made for a double-bed room, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Can I change my room after my reservation is made?
Room changes can be made up to 67 days prior to travel. Please note, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
What is the deadline to add travel protection to my reservation?

When can I book my flights?
Flight schedules for American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines are published 10 months in advance. All other airlines are 6-8 months, depending on the airline.
When is my final payment due?
Final payment for your room reservation is due no later than August 12, 2024.
What happens if I miss my flight?
Should you miss your flight, you can speak with a gate agent to get your flight rebooked. Please also be sure to notify me of your updated flight arrival so that I can rearrange your transportation to the resort.
Can I change my dates of travel after my reservation has been made?
Yes, this change can be made prior to 67 days before travel. Please note that this special request is based upon room availability and is not guaranteed.
Do you accept payments over the phone?
No, it is against company policy to accept payments over the phone. All payment requests must be made in writing via email so that we can send you your invoice with the new payment link.
What do I do if I want to add travel protection, but my roommate does not?
We will only process travel protection for the individual(s) that request it.
What are the travel dates?
The current room block is between October 11, 2024-October 14, 2024. You are able to book your stay between these dates. Please note, the resort has a minimum 3-night requirement. You can request to book a maximum of up to three days before (October 8, 2024) and three days after (October 17, 2024) at the contracted rate. Please note, rooms will be based on the resort’s availability.
What are the COVID-19 travel policies for Mexico?
There are no special requirements related to Covid-19 for travel to Mexico.
Is a passport required for travel?
Yes, a valid US Passport is required. Passport cards are not acceptable for international travel.
What airport should we fly into?
You will book your flights to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Does the resort have a dress code?
Please be advised that some resort restaurants may require long pants, collared shirts, and closed toe shoes. Please pack accordingly.
What is the attire?
Destination or beach formal attire is encouraged. Please dress formally, but with the warm weather in mind.
