We have entrusted KT Travel & More, LLC to book the accommodations for our guests. Your reservation and deposit serve as your RSVP, so to make this wedding planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodations for our wedding through KT Travel & More, LLC only. Please carefully review the deposit and payment schedule below. Once KT Travel & More, LLC has received your reservation request, please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive your invoice with your payment link. Please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive your updated invoice when your payment is made.

Payment Details

Deposit: $100.00 per room (Due once you receive your invoice)

Installment payment 1: 25% of reservation total due by January 12, 2024

Installment payment 2: 25% of reservation total due April 12, 2024

Installment payment 3: 25% of reservation total due June 12, 2024

Installment payment 4: 25% (final payment) due August 12, 2024

Please note, a 5% processing fee will be added to each successful credit card payment.

October 11, 2024-October 14, 2024

The hotel has a 3-night minimum requirement on all reservations. The dates above are the contracted dates set forth in the room block; you can request to book your reservation within these dates. You can request to book a maximum of up to three days before (October 8, 2024) and three days after (October 17, 2024) at the contracted rate. Please note, rooms will be based on the resort’s availability.

Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Cancellations 120 days or more prior to travel will result in a penalty totaling one (1) night’s stay.

Cancellations between June 14, 2024 and August 12, 2024, will result in a penalty totaling two (2) nights’ stay.

Cancellations on or after August 13, 2024, will result in a penalty totaling the full stay; reservations will be nonrefundable.

Travel protection can be added to your reservation. Travel protection is available to all U.S. Residents of all ages. This provides coverage worldwide, but your trip must begin or end at a location within the United States. You may purchase travel protection within the time specific periods detailed in the plan document to be eligible for all plan features. Please notify us if you are interested in adding travel protection to your reservation, and we will provide pricing options for you.
