We kindly ask you to only bring plus ones that are registered within the website invites. If your plus one’s name needs to be altered, please contact the bride or groom.

RSVP children are allowed to attend the wedding celebration. Please notify the bride or groom with any reservation issues. A Family Room is available for anyone who needs to step out with their children during the ceremony.

The wedding ceremony will be approximately an hour to and hour and a half long.

A Catholic wedding ceremony is longer because it's a religious sacrament and worship service, incorporating a structured liturgy of readings, prayers, hymns, and Holy Communion.

Our wedding ceremony will include the Eucharistic Communion.

We ask that you wear your best formal wear following our wedding colors, blues and greens. Examples for men: dress shirt, tie and dress shoes Examples for women: floor length gown or sophisticated cocktail dress

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during our wedding ceremony. We’d love for you to be present with us during the sacrament. Please feel free to take and upload content before and after the ceremony.

Yes, we have reserved room blocks at the Grand River Center. All guests shall make reservations directly with the Hotel at 563-690-4000 ext. 1 ask for Stephanie and request the Loitz Wedding for more information. The cutoff date for the hotel block is April 9 , 2026.

The doors of the church will open at 12:30PM. Please arrive at the latest of 1:20PM to be seated

There will be cocktails served at the Grand River Center immediately following the ceremony. The reception will begin around 4:30PM.

An open bar will be available to a predetermined amount, then it will revert to a cash bar.

Gifts will be opened together after the wedding. If there is a concern of the package being damaged, please let us know.
