Q. When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by March 1st, 2025.

Q. What time should I arrive?

The ceremony starts at 6 pm, so please arrive between 5:30 and 5:45. If you are a hotel guest, check-in starts at 3 pm.

Q. Are kids welcome?

Please refer to your invitation, or contact Kelsey or Jonathan with questions.

Q. Where should I park?

The hotel offers plenty of on-site parking that is free for wedding attendees and included in the resort fee for overnight guests.

Q. Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Yes, most definitely!

Q. Is the ceremony going to be held indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held on the lawn overlooking the water. In the event of light rain, the ceremony space can be covered. If the temperature is below 50 degrees, all activities will take place indoors.

Q. Is there a dress code?

Attire should be appropriate for an evening ballroom wedding, however we want our guests to be comfortable! Please feel free to wear overcoats for the ceremony in the event it is held outside.

Q. Will there be an after party?

Everyone (21+) is welcome to join us at Johnny's restaurant (on-site) from 11:30 pm to 1 am to keep the party going! A cash bar is available for the after party.

Q. Are accommodations available on-site?

Yes! Please refer to the "Accommodations" section for room block information.

Q. I have to fly in. What is the best way to get to the Newport area?

T.F. Greene International Airport (PVD) in Warwick, RI is the closest airport, and about a half hour drive from Newport. Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is a larger airport that may offer more flights. Logan is just over an hour from Newport. Please reach out to Kelsey or Jonathan if you need assistance booking travel.
